Graduation Tent Rental
If you are hosting an outdoor ceremony then you will need a graduation tent. Clean and spacious, securing a large tent for a graduation ceremony will ensure that everyone remains comfortable. Rain or shine, you can trust that your event will go off without a hitch. We are happy to install climate control, depending on the forecast, or if you plan on featuring an enclosed tent. In which case tents can warm up rather quickly! You should also consider adding tent accessories, in the event of rain. If needed we can also provide durable flooring, to protect your guests and the grounds. As well as carpeting, in black, blue, or grey, should you prefer a more luxurious look.
Graduation Staging
For large-scale graduation ceremonies, Classic is proud to offer staging for rent. In addition to giving students their time to shine, staging for graduation will ensure that everyone in attendance can see. However, it can also be used as a means to hide and protect equipment, such as power sources and extension cords. Our staging package includes all necessary safety features, including guard rails and a ramp to cater to people with accessibility needs. Podiums, such as our clear acrylic podium can be rented as well!
Along with staging, we also provide audio equipment – a must-have for large outdoor ceremonies. We keep an assortment of audio equipment in stock, not limited to speakers, microphone cables, and microphone stands. Seating for Graduation Ceremonies
Graduation ceremonies can be long depending on the number of students in the graduating class! We have enough chairs for both students and guests to be housed comfortably beneath one or multiple tents. We offer a variety of folding chairs that are easy to transport and set up. Including resin-padded folding chairs and alloy folding chairs. For youth graduation ceremonies, we also offer children’s furniture – in both red and blue! Depending on the size of your event, we also recommend that you consider crowd control measures. Hosting a safe graduation starts from the get-go, at which point we can set up a queue to control traffic flow.
